What will you be doing?

What we need legal support with:

Review and/or draft a contract for the purchase of shares  Draft or review a video rights agreement, granting our charity sole use of video content, while recognising the original filmmaker’s (non-commercial) portfolio rights. General legal guidance on notifying stakeholders, updating Companies House, and updating bank and operational details.

What are we looking for?

Ideal volunteer:

A qualified solicitor with experience in UK contract law   Able to advise us on protecting exclusive use rights while respecting prior contributions. Comfortable with short, focused volunteer projects that make a real difference.
