Role Summary:
- Part of a three-member team supporting the Collections Management System users
- Involved in the acquisition process through administrative tasks, advice and quality assurance checks
- Expected to work across different V&A sites, primarily based at South Kensington

The Role: This fixed term post will be part of a team of three Documentation Officers who support the users of the Collections Management System. This role is also a key part of the acquisition process through administrative tasks, advice and quality assurance checks. The post holder will be based at South Kensington but will be expected to work at other V&A sites as required.
Job Requirements: The Collections Management department is responsible for the delivery of collections related standards, policies and processes, location control, management of collections information and systems, and supporting and enabling improved access to information about the collections.
