Role Summary
- Serve as the heart of our workspace, going beyond typical reception duties to deliver an exceptional member experience.
- Handle front desk responsibilities and member support, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular housekeeping checks and make sure the workspaces are safe, clean, and compliant.
- Handle operational needs efficiently, resolve building and member issues promptly.
- Manage popular member initiatives like Cake Wednesdays and Friday Drinks Trolley to foster a lively community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, anticipating their needs and finding ways to exceed expectations.

Application Process
- Salary: £28,850.

The Role: Community Associate
As a Community Associate (our version of Front Desk Service Associate), your role goes far beyond reception duties. You’ll be the heart of our workspace, blending customer service and operational excellence to deliver an exceptional member experience. Key Responsibilities:
As part of our vibrant Community team, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for our members. While every day brings something new, your responsibilities will include:
- Front Desk & Member Support; Be the go-to person for members, managing the front desk and delivering excellent customer service.
- Housekeeping & Compliance; Conduct cleaning and site checks to keep our spaces safe, compliant, and looking great.
- Operational Excellence; Resolve building and member issues promptly and assist the Community Manager in maintaining security and compliance.
- Community Initiatives; Event management for our popular member initiatives, such as Cake Wednesdays and Friday Drinks Trolley, to foster a lively, connected community.
- Building relationships with members; Anticipate needs, offer support, and find ways to surprise and delight.
