The Role This is an exciting time to join the V&A Technology Team. As the V&A expands its physical and digital footprint—with the opening of two new museums and the transformation of its digital experiences—data will play a foundational role in realising this vision. We are embarking on a multi-year Technology Transformation Programme, and this new Data Architect role is critical in shaping our future as a data-led organisation. The V&A is looking to leverage data across its enterprise systems to unlock insights, drive operational efficiency, and power future AI capabilities. This role will be instrumental in building the foundational architecture, governance, and strategy needed to make that a reality.
