Role Summary
- Lead the design and delivery of marketing and sales strategies for an expanding portfolio of products.

The Role - Marketing Manager As our new Marketing Manager, you’ll lead on the design and delivery of marketing and sales strategies for our growing portfolio of products, including online assessments - a new addition to our well-established offer to schools. You’ll take a strategic approach to campaign planning, using customer insight and market intelligence to shape every stage of the customer journey. From lead generation and sales to retention and customer centric experiences, you’ll help drive awareness, engagement and impact.
Job Requirements We are looking for a creative and commercially minded marketer with proven experience delivering full marketing campaigns across the product lifecycle. You should have a strong understanding of integrated marketing, including SEO, paid media, and content. You should also have experience using CMS platforms and email marketing tools. Strong analytical and project management skills are required. You should be a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be creative, proactive, and results-driven with a high attention to detail. You should be willing to travel to Slough one day a month for team collaboration.
Benefits We offer a salary of £42,095–£47,378 per annum (non-negotiable), 30 days annual leave plus 4 paid closure days plus bank holidays, 10% employer pension contributions, enhanced maternity/parental leave and paid compassionate leave. We also offer flexible working with a hybrid setup with 1 day a month in Slough office, full-time (35 hours) open to flexible working including compressed hours or 4 day working week.
