Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers and creating a warm, uplifting environment
• Preparing coffee, smoothies, teas and meals with care
• Supporting daily flow of the café and maintaining its fresh feel
• Helping with marketing, social media, and events
• Contributing to creative campaigns and admin
• Being an active, heart-led team player who is hands-on and growth-minded

Who We’re Looking For:

• Full UK Driving Licence & Transport (essential)
• Hospitality or café experience (preferred, not required)
• A positive, grounded, proactive person with great people skills
• Someone creative, curious, and eager to learn
• Comfortable with structure but confident taking initiative
• Genuinely interested in wellness, food, and community
• Ready to take ownership and grow with the business, not just fill a role
