What will you be doing?

As our Outreach and Social Media Lead, you will be using your media and creative skills to support a growing Women enterprise community and be in charge of our digital engagement, local publicity and outreach Campaigns.  Your role forms an integral part in Mogulettes Global's mission to provide an inspiring and inclusive platform for women locally, and digitally. You will work with our Team to inspire a vibrant Women community space and share our project/event materials locally where possible. You will also Manage our growing online platforms on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook as you design lifestyle topics around wellness, fashion, parenting, beauty, career development, love/relationships, fitness, etc.

What are we looking for?

What are we looking for? Skills Required: 1.       Social Media skills – Content creation ability to support our Magazine, Newsletters and Blog. (Writing skills, some basic design skills such as Canva, Ai media for visual storytelling, social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.) and Website blog update, is a Plus. 2. Creative Strategy: Ability to develop and articulate a compelling creative vision that aligns with the charity's mission and resonates with diverse communities.  3. Brand Management: Expertise in building, evolving, and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. 4. Visual Communication Leadership: Ability to effectively lead and direct creative teams to produce high-quality, impactful content. 5. Narrative Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that communicate our social enterprise impact, engage audiences, and inspire action across various media. 6. Campaign Execution: Developing and executing creative campaigns that effectively reach target audiences and achieve organisational goals. 7. Community Co-Creation: Engaging diverse communities, facilitating co-design workshops, navigating perspectives, and communicating complex ideas accessibly. 8. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Excellent ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, facilitate communication, and apply systems thinking to project interactions.  9. Women Mobilisation and event Advocacy skills: A jovial outdoor person with strong project management and event planning skills, for our Brunch events and annual Women conferences. 10. Ethical Standards: to uphold and promote ethical standards within the women community. Respecting data privacy, GDPR policies and fostering a culture of transparency, and integrity of our Women’s community data. 11. Data-driven mindset (comfortable with social media algorithms, SEOs and CMS content management systems). 12. Women Empowerment skills: Passion for women’s empowerment and lifestyle topics.
