Role Summary

  • Define clear project briefs in partnership with internal stakeholders.

About the team Mind's Data and Analytics team sits at the heart of our fundraising efforts. We work across the organisation to unlock the power of supporter data—using evidence and insight to drive meaningful engagement, maximise impact, and ultimately, support better outcomes for people with mental health problems. We're a small but ambitious team of analysts and data specialists who are passionate about using insight to shape strategy and decision-making. We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach and our ability to communicate complex data in clear, compelling ways.

The role As our Senior Data Insight Analyst, you'll be a key player in making our data work harder for the people we serve. Your core duties and responsibilities will include: Partnering with internal stakeholders to define clear, insight-led project briefs. Extracting, cleaning, engineering and analysing complex datasets to uncover actionable insights. Applying exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques and hypothesis-driven approaches. Presenting results and recommendations through compelling visualisations and storytelling. Collaborating closely with delivery teams to embed insights into day-to-day decision-making. Designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI. Supporting the creation and upkeep of shared datasets for ongoing analysis and reporting. Contributing to the improvement of team processes and championing a data-informed culture across Mind.
