Omnea is a fast-growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. Our platform handles the entire purchasing process for businesses, making it easier and more efficient. We're looking for an exceptional Solutions & Implementation Lead to join our customer team.
The role involves owning the deployment of the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, features & integrations. You'll advise on the optimal solutions for our customers that deliver meaningful value and drive the implementation process acting as an extension of the customer’s team. You'll become a product expert and be the voice of the customer internally, working closely with teams across to the business to ensure we are truly operating with Customer Centricity at our core.
Job requirements include 5-8 years of experience in a top-tier & fast-paced environment, a track record of exceptional performance, tech-savviness, and the ability to build rapport & meaningful relationships. You should be highly organised, an outstanding communicator, and have the gravitas to speak to anyone.
