Role Summary
- Craft compelling content for various digital platforms: Meta, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Emphasize video content creation using AI tools: Canva, Capcut, Opus
- Collaborate with TikTok and paid Ads manager
- Analyse trends using Hootsuite's social listening tool and craft engaging posts around various events and product launches
- Engage with, and develop our online communities of parents and teachers
- Expand our existing influencers and affiliate platforms
Role Requirements
- 4+ years of social media management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Ability to create and nurture online communities
- Experience in creating content for educational products/services
- Understanding of social media platform algorithms, best practices, and trends
- Proficiency with Hootsuite or similar platforms
- Familiarity with video content creation and AI-generated content tools
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams

The Role As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content for our Meta, X, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest digital platforms. A particular emphasis on video content creation, using AI tools ( Canva, Capcut, Opus ) to create a multitude of attractive videos. You'll work alongside our TikTok and paid Ads manager, leveraging each other. Your role will include analysing trends with our social listening tool embedded in Hootsuite, collaborating with the marketing team to create posts around events, product launches, etc. You will be in charge of developing our engagement on our social media, managing comments, and developing our teachers and parent communities on those platforms. You will be in charge of developing our existing influencers and affiliates platforms to increase our reach and boost sales. A large part of the job will be the creation of UGC and video content, leveraging relationships with users as well as influencers.
Job Requirements Experience: 4+ years of social media management experience, with a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across multiple platforms. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or the work experience to match). Community Engagement: Demonstrated ability to create and nurture online communities, particularly those involving parents, educators, and children. Educational Content: Experience in creating and managing social media content for educational products or services is highly desirable. Platform Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of social media platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends. Hootsuite Expertise: Proficiency in using Hootsuite (or similar platforms) for social media management, content creation, and analytics. Audience Understanding: Deep understanding of the needs, interests, and communication preferences of parents, educators, and children in the context of educational products. Collaborative Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including writers, illustrators, community managers, and video producers. Video and AI Familiarity: Experience with video content creation and familiarity with AI-generated content (Canva, Opus, CapCut…)
