What will you be doing?

The Charity Shop Gift Card is both a consumer gift and a tool used by councils, housing associations and charities to distribute financial support to people in crisis.  As a result we operate two websites that have been built but we need help maintaining these.  Specifically, optimising the websites, improving SEO, adding pages and making amends. This is a remote role as we do not have an office.

What are we looking for?

We welcome applicants with experience in managing Wordpress websites.  Our websites have been built using Elementor, so knowledge of that would also be beneficial.

What difference will you make?

This work will help the scheme to grow to its potential, helping to not only generate income for our 90+ charity partners but divert thousands of items from landfill.  As the business grows, the majority of profits will fund free gift cards for some of the most disadvantaged people in the UK that are being supported by refuges, foodbanks and other support agencies.  That's why we're #agiftcardforgood
