What will you be doing?
We are looking for a reliable, highly organised Administrator to join the Holistic Wellbeing Hub. This role is key in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily administrative tasks, including email management, diary scheduling, and maintaining the Hub’s Google Drive and other organisational systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills to help support the Hub’s operations and contribute to the wellbeing of children and families.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and other standard office software. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a charity or wellbeing-focused organisation (desirable but not essential).
