WildLand Sutherland offers a unique career opportunity in Guest Relations. As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable guest experiences at our regional venues.
The Role: You will be responsible for operational excellence and adding a personal touch to ensure every stay is seamless and unique. Acting as the local expert, you will coordinate with partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional service from the first interaction to the final farewell. Your duties will include managing guest itineraries, delivering concierge services, supporting sales efforts, personalizing guest experiences, and managing financial and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and creative problem-solving skills. You should be a natural host, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations, and have a strong knowledge of local culture and outdoor activities. Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality, especially in remote or luxury settings, is highly advantageous. Familiarity with CRM or booking systems is beneficial.
