Deliciously Ella is a fast-growing organization on a mission to promote a healthier, plant-based lifestyle. Beginning as a recipe website, we've expanded into a restaurant, an app, a series of best-selling recipe books, and a range of plant-based food products. The Role
- Operate and monitor machinery to maintain efficient production.
- Perform routine checks and resolve minor issues.
- Ensure high standards of product quality, hygiene, and safety.
Role Requirements
- Experience in food manufacturing or fast-paced production environment.
- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machine operation principles.
- Strong attention to detail, focus on product quality and safety awareness.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on a night shift or rotating shift pattern.

The Role You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production. This includes carrying out routine checks, resolving minor issues, and maintaining high standards of product quality, hygiene, and safety.
Job Requirements Previous experience in a food manufacturing or fast-moving production environment is essential. You should have a basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operation principles, good attention to detail with a strong focus on product quality and safety, and awareness of food hygiene and health & safety regulations. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also required, along with the ability to work effectively on a night shift or rotating shift pattern.
