The Role: As a Senior Community Specialist in the Buy Growth Engine, your role involves building and activating a trusted community of brokers to boost buy-side acquisition, retention, and advocacy. You will be responsible for creating relational trust, generating systematic proof, and fostering real-world connections that enhance partnership loyalty. This position requires close collaboration with teams across Growth, Partner Leads, Customer Experience, Content, and PMM to capture broker sentiment and transform it into advocacy, referrals, and actionable insights.

Responsibilities: Your main tasks will include designing and delivering monthly broker events, building deep relationships across various broker segments, capturing testimonials, and maintaining a systematic advocacy intake workflow. You will also be responsible for managing a gifting program and maintaining engagement scoring to track broker engagement effectively.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining relationships with external partners, customers, or communities. Strong execution skills are necessary to manage events, communications, and operational workflows reliably. Familiarity with CRMs, particularly HubSpot, is essential for tracking engagement and managing repeatable workflows. Bonus points for experience in partner-led growth, community-led acquisition, or running gifting programs.
