Store Manager

Vivobarefoot is on a mission to change toxic, sedentary lifestyles that are harming humans and the planet. We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new flagship store in SoHo, New York. We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to spearhead this initiative from the ground up.

The role: As the Store Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to create a human-centric retail experience that feels grounded, sensory, and community-powered. You will be responsible for all store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and aligns with our ways of working. This includes maintaining high standards across visual merchandising, stock management, and housekeeping. You will also take charge of the store's commercial performance, driving sales targets through strong leadership and excellent customer outcomes.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least five years of retail leadership experience, preferably as a store manager in a high-traffic or flagship environment. You should have demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing retail teams and have a strong grasp of store P&L, labor planning, and commercial decision-making. A passion for fitness, health, wellbeing, and natural movement is essential. You must be flexible to work between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., including weekends, and be able to engage actively with customers throughout shifts.
