Role Summary:
- Serve as a Senior Data & Automation Engineer, providing key contributions to our technical team.
- Work on data engineering and automation, creating a basis for future innovations.
- Contribute to AI/ML projects that will shape the future of our learning.
- Integrate our platform data into our warehouse and build robust data connections between core software products.
- Partner with business teams to create automation solutions.
Role Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform.
- Professional engineering mindset.
- Experience with tools like n8n or Zapier and JavaScript is desirable, but eagerness to learn is crucial.

As a Senior Data & Automation Engineer, you will be a key member of our technical team, contributing to a supportive learning environment through peer support and active knowledge-sharing. Your core focus will be on data engineering and automation, laying the foundation for future innovations, with opportunities for you to contribute to AI/ML projects that will shape the future of our learning experience. You will manage the integration of our platform data into our warehouse (GCP), build and maintain robust data connections between our core software products, and partner with teams across the business to build automation solutions.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate engineer with a strong technical foundation in Python and SQL, hands-on experience with a major cloud platform, and a professional engineering mindset. Experience with tools like n8n or Zapier and JavaScript is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is more important.
We offer a salary of £50k to £60k DOE, with the opportunity for up to a 10% bonus, dependent on company performance.
