Founding Head of Talent

Omnea is a fast-growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. Our platform handles the entire purchasing process for businesses, providing critical visibility into how, when, and why money is being spent. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-agency operator to join us as Omnea’s Founding Head of Talent.

The role entails scaling an early-stage business and shaping the foundation of our team, culture, and talent engine. You will be joining at an inflection point, with our revenue having grown 6x since our Series A funding. Your job will be to find, attract, and close the world-class people we need to scale from ~70 to 500+ people. You’ll report directly into our CEO and work with the leadership team to build our hiring machine from the ground up.

Job requirements include significant experience in high-growth startups or similarly fast-paced, high-accountability environments (hard minimum of 7 years), and the ability to operate full-stack across the entire hiring process. You should be commercial, have an exceptional eye for talent, and be a world-class communicator.
