Role Summary
- Lead groups in a range of personal and social development activities.
- Provide individual support, guidance, and leadership to young people.
- Ensure the safety and overall well-being of all participants.
- Record and monitor program data pertinent to participants, volunteers, and partners.
- Work flexibly from home, with frequent field visits to Southampton and Portsmouth.

The role involves leading groups through a variety of personal and social development activities, providing one-on-one support, guidance, and direction to young people, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also be responsible for recording information and data about our programme participants, volunteers, and partners, and ensuring that their journey aligns with our funding contracts.
Job requirements include experience in youth development, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The role is field-based in the South Coast, with frequent visits to Southampton and Portsmouth, and you will be working from home.
