What will you be doing?
Identify & Secure Partnerships: Research and approach potential brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators aligned with our mission. Pitch and negotiate agreements for sponsorships or joint campaigns. Build & Manage Relationships: Nurture ongoing connections with partner brands to ensure sustainable, mutually beneficial collaborations. Act as the primary liaison throughout the partnership lifecycle. Campaign & Event Activation: Partner internally with marketing, events, social media, and programme teams to integrate brand collaborations into events and digital campaigns. Pitching & Proposal Development: Create creative, values-aligned sponsorship proposals, pitches, and partnership packages tailored to each potential partner. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, financial contributions), monitor outcomes, and report on impact to internal stakeholders and partners. Trend Analysis & Opportunity Scouting: Stay current on sector trends, sponsorship models, and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities.
What are we looking for?
3–5 years experience in brand partnerships, business development, marketing, or sponsorship—especially in social enterprise, CIC, charity, or marketing sectors. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Comfortable pitching and engaging at senior decision-maker level. Project management capability: able to oversee multiple partnerships and activations from concept to completion. Creative, strategic thinker—able to generate innovative collaboration ideas aligned with brand values. Analytical mindset: able to measure, monitor, and present partner performance and ROI. Collaborative cross-functional approach: able to work effectively with internal teams (marketing, events, communications).
