Role Summary

The role entails being the initial point of contact, responsible for identifying and pursuing leads that will create exciting commercial opportunities. You’ll be responsible for growing the top of the sales funnel, with a strong focus on cold outbound outreach. You’ll take full ownership of discovering and executing the most effective tactics to generate pipeline. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-potential target accounts that align with our growth goals — and use your instincts to uncover additional promising prospects.
Job requirements include a few years of work experience, though not necessarily in B2B SaaS. You’re a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, and you bring a confident, high-energy presence to every interaction. You show grit and resilience — “no” doesn’t stop you, and you always find creative paths to get results. You’re driven by outcomes, constantly iterating your approach to perform better and hit your goals. You’re happy to get out from behind the desk to meet prospects in person and forge meaningful connections. You’re adaptable and proactive — whether it’s cold calling, video prospecting, or testing new channels, you’re all in. You’re naturally curious about business problems and love helping solve them. You’re motivated to help build a company, knowing it takes hard work and persistence. You’re a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments with a strong bias for action.

This is an in-person role based at our Central London office (Chancery Lane). Our team comes together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to fuel collaboration and connection.
