What will you be doing?
DreamCatchers Worldwide UK supports vulnerable and underrepresented groups—particularly young people, students, seniors, and multicultural communities—through inclusive programmes spanning education, dance, tech for seniors, mindfulness, academic support, and work-readiness skills. We operate across the UK and New Zealand with a mission to inspire purpose, promote equity, and strengthen communities.
What are we looking for?
Skills, Experience & Qualities Essential:
Strong written communication skills – able to craft clear, persuasive funding proposals and reports Research skills – comfortable identifying suitable grants, trusts, or funding opportunities Organised and self-motivated – able to manage deadlines and track applications independently Basic understanding of fundraising principles and donor engagement Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Canva, or CRM tools) Commitment to equity, community-led change, and DreamCatchers’ mission
Desirable (but not required):
Previous experience in fundraising, bid writing, or charity income generation Knowledge of the UK funding landscape, especially for small charities, CICs, or social enterprises Familiarity with impact reporting, case studies, or storytelling for social good Experience working with underrepresented communities, young people, or grassroots projects
