Interest in heritage or history would be advantageous but not necessary. This role will increase the understanding of heritage projects and the particular requirements of the Heritage Fund. Our stakeholders and audience are very diverse, so some understanding of global majority audiences would be helpful, as would understanding of customers such as older people, who are not confident about going online for operational tasks.
