- Role Summary:
- As part of the Design team, you will create service blueprints, journey maps, and user personas.
- You will drive a user-centered design approach across departments.
- Critical part of your role involves conducting user research to gain insights into behaviors and requirements.
- Role Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in Service Design.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools.
- Exceptional facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills are a must.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly-evolving work environment.
- Comfortability using tools like Miro and Figma.
- Experience with D2C, B2B SaaS, or B2B2C.

The role involves joining the Design department. Your main responsibilities will include developing service blueprints, journey maps, and user personas to guide design decisions. You will champion service design best practices and a user-centred design approach across Pod. You will also conduct user research to uncover insights, behaviours, and needs.
Job requirements include demonstrable experience in Service Design, expertise in design and prototyping tools, exceptional facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills. You should be adaptive to a fast-paced and evolving environment and have a strong ownership mindset. Experience with D2C, B2B SaaS or B2B2C and using Miro and Figma is also required.
