We're currently looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to be part of our collaborative Commercial Operations team.

Role Summary

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of EV charging projects ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.
  • Conduct pre-site surveys, oversee construction and commissioning, manage electrical works and documentation.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and site owners.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in managing a variety of Fix and Commission projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of CDM 2015, RAMS, and site safety practices.
  • Understanding of construction and electrical systems, including isolation and commissioning.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure.

As a Technical Delivery Manager on our Commercial Operations team, you’ll play a key role in bringing EV charging infrastructure to life—ensuring every project is delivered with excellence, efficiency, and compliance from the ground up. Reporting to our Regional Field Manager, you’ll take ownership of impactful construction projects that keep the UK moving toward a greener, smarter future.

Your responsibilities will include owning end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution. You will conduct pre-site surveys to assess feasibility and readiness, lead construction to commissioning, managing electrical works and documentation, ensuring all technical work meets required standards. You will also be the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and site owners.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of delivering a variety of Fix and Commission projects from initiation through to completion. You should be confident managing multiple sites and timelines at once, have a strong knowledge of CDM 2015, RAMS, and site safety practices, and have a solid grounding in construction and electrical systems, including isolation and commissioning. Excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, documentation, and reporting, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also required.
