Our client solutions span face-to-face and virtual Ready-to-Learn products, a digital playlist, and deep custom builds, all rooted in a human-centred approach to experiential learning.
The Account Director role is a critical component in the successful execution of our growth strategy. This role is a blend of drawing on subject matter expertise in L&D to build new revenues and programmes with our existing global client base by identifying new opportunities and learning needs whilst ensuring the successful management and delivery of learning engagements with a portfolio of clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The principal objective for the role are to use your exceptional client management skills to strengthen and deepen relationships across your portfolio of accounts, and develop further relationships within your client organisations to identify new needs. Through strategic account planning and leading client stakeholder trust and engagement you will ignite new opportunities and position PCA as a preferred partner for your portfolio of programmes. The result will be an enduring set of client relationships, enabling unforgettable learning experiences, supported by PCA’s extraordinary design team.
- Manage and develop a client portfolio across a range of PCA clients, some larger more established programmes and some smaller growth opportunity clients.
- Develop a strategic account plan for key existing clients in partnership with the Head of Solutions, engaging key internal stakeholders where required, to ensure all client opportunities can be leveraged.
- Drive expansion of opportunities across your client portfolio ensuring existing engagements are leveraged to their full potential and new opportunities are identified by you, sometimes seeded by our marketing function, and nurtured through to birth new business.
- Meet and exceed set revenue targets.
- Sell PCA’s Ready To Learn, digital, academy, coaching, and custom-built learning solutions.
- Develop a point of view with regards to clients’ culture, people, business & sector. Proactively identify learning needs so you can offer solutions to generate revenue and impact client business objectives.
- Coordinate with our solution design team to develop market-leading and innovative proposals and programmes which help client address their learning priorities, and support longer term positioning to position PCA as a trusted and strategic partner.
- Confidently sell our new digital products to prospective clients to drive business growth.
- Build strong relationships with client PCA stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely kick-off and engagement across programmes.
- Be a conduit for our solution design team so as to support the smooth delivery of programmes and handovers from sales to delivery to ensure successful execution.
- Report to PCA on all client engagement, commercial activity, and programme cycles with responsibilities including liaising closely with the CST, faculty and other stakeholders.
