We're hiring a Director of Systemic Change.
This is an opportunity to lead on how we drive long-term systems change for refugee entrepreneurs in the UK. It’s the first of three new leadership roles at TERN for individuals with refugee backgrounds - a significant step on our journey to becoming majority refugee-led.
We’re looking for a strategic leader whose experience demonstrates passion and commitment to refugee rights and economic empowerment. If you enjoy thinking at a systemic level, we want to hear from you.

Salary / Directors Remuneration:
- Gross full-time equivalent: £59,250
- Pro-rata gross monthly salary: £1,975
Contract Terms
- Initial fixed 12 month contract. Director appointment after 6 month probation.
- Part-time contract, 16 hours a week.
