Yayem OS is the operating system for the world’s most inspiring members’ clubs, private networks, and global communities. Early adopters (Aethos, Riding Safari Club, Casetta Hotels, and others) are in production, and demand is accelerating fast. We are a small, scrappy, wildly ambitious crew led by Lindsey (ex Uber). 

The Challenge

Guarantee that every customer launches fast, loves the product, and grows with us. You’ll juggle onboarding, training, support, and “voice-of-the-customer” duties, often in the same morning. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial generalist who can figure things out, not wait for instructions.

You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder, ship real value weekly, and help shape playbooks that don’t exist yet. If you crave autonomy, ownership, and exponential growth, welcome aboard.

Core Focus

• Onboarding — Run kickoff calls, migrate data, and drive the go-live checklist so clients hit “Day 1 value” in record time
• Training — Deliver energetic live sessions, craft bite-sized Loom videos, and keep the self-service wiki razor-sharp
• Support (L1) — Triage, reproduce, and escalate issues with bulletproof repro steps
• Voice of the Customer — Package feedback into crisp, actionable product ideas that influence the roadmap

Must-Haves

• 2-4 yrs in SaaS CS or support
• Fluency with basic API concepts & Zapier-style integrations
• Clear, concise writer who can translate tech jargon into plain English
• Bias for action
• Natural empathy and relentless curiosity

Bonus Points

• Experience in community, membership, or hospitality tech
• Intercom, Notion, Grafana, or basic SQL chops
