Yayem OS is the operating system for the world’s most inspiring members’ clubs, private networks, and global communities. Early adopters (Aethos, Riding Safari Club, Casetta Hotels, and others) are in production, and demand is accelerating fast. We are a small, scrappy, wildly ambitious crew led by Lindsey (ex Uber).
The Challenge
Be our first dedicated sales hire. Build the playbook, fill the funnel, and close high-impact deals—all while partnering directly with the founders and product team.
You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder, ship real value weekly, and help shape playbooks that don’t exist yet. If you crave autonomy, ownership, and exponential growth, welcome aboard.
Core Focus
- Pipeline Generation — Create and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) that open doors to GMs, CEOs, and community leaders
- Consultative Selling — Diagnose pain, run tailored demos, and craft proposals that speak ROI, often navigating multi-stakeholder buys
- Deal Management — Own the sales cycle from first touch to signature; forecast accurately and keep funnel trackers updates
- GTM Feedback Loop — Relay market intel to Product and CS to refine positioning, pricing, and onboarding
- Thought Leadership — Represent Yayem at conferences, webinars, and partner events; help shape our voice in the market
Must-Haves
- 3–6 years closing B2B SaaS deals (ideally $15–100 k ACV)
- Proven hunter who can turn a cold list into revenue
- Polished storyteller — both in writing and live demos
- Comfortable selling to hospitality, membership, or community-oriented brands (or eager to learn fast)
- Startup mindset — you build your own decks, iterate on scripts, and hit quota without hand-holding

- Existing network in hospitality, travel, or private-club sectors
- Experience selling a platform (multi-module, API-driven) rather than a single-feature tool
