Role Summary

  • Research, design, and source product ranges, developing them from initial concept to final sign-off.

The Role - As an Assistant Product Developer, you will help research, design, and source product ranges, developing them from initial concept through to final sign-off. This is a role with real potential to shape new growth areas for our brands and make a significant impact. You will take ownership of multiple product projects, conduct and assist with market and competitor research, manage relationships with suppliers and factories, and ensure products meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Job Requirements - You should have a genuine passion for sport and a strong interest in the technical equipment involved. You should be proactive and enthusiastic, with a meticulous eye for detail. You should be a quick learner, a keen researcher, and a confident presenter. You should possess strong organisational and time-management skills, able to manage and progress multiple projects at the same time. You should be a flexible team player, ready to adapt and contribute within a small, fast-paced team.
