About One Acre Fund Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience. This is all made possible by our team of 9,000+ full-time staff, drawn from diverse backgrounds and professions.

The Role We are seeking a mission-driven Extension and Aggregation Specialist to help unlock the full potential of Tupande's market access program by driving farmer-level growth across the avocado, macadamia, and dried fruits value chains. You will focus on boosting farmer growth and productivity through targeted and data-driven expansion, better agronomic practices, effective seedling distribution, and farmer incentive design. You will report to the respective value chain associate and work closely with field teams to ensure that productivity strategies directly contribute to increased sourcing volumes and improved farmer livelihoods.

Responsibilities Drive farmer education on agronomic best practices and productivity levers. Design and test incentive models to retain farmers and grow sourcing potential. Track plantation establishment, farmer performance, and supply readiness. Align productivity interventions with sourcing goals in collaboration with field teams. Lead seasonal planting and coordinate seedling distribution across key value chains. Identify underperforming farmer segments and implement support strategies.

Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in operations, field execution, or agri-business development. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. A passion for smallholder-focused agriculture and rural development. Analytical and data-driven approach to evaluating farmer performance. Knowledge of value chains, planting calendars, and relevant certifications. Field experience in tree crop production or market access programs is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills and humility in working with diverse stakeholders. Willingness to travel frequently to rural sites (60–70% field-based).

Benefits Health insurance, paid time off.
