About us

We’re a UK-based, stealth health-tech venture building a modern senior-safety smartwatch (fall detection, long battery, shower-proof) that gives families real-time peace of mind. We’re moving toward a 50–100 unit pilot. Existing team has strong track-record in health-tech, having scaled previous business to 80,000 senior patients across UK.

The role

Join as Co-founder, Product & Operations (equity-only until seed). You’ll be the operating engine next to technical and commercial founders - turning a detailed PRD into shipped pilot hardware and a tight service loop.

You will

  • Own roadmap → OKRs; slice scope into sprints and guardrail KPIs.
  • Orchestrate suppliers (SMT, soft-tool plastics, straps), run RFQs, timelines, QA gates.
  • Stand up the pilot: recruit 50–100 users, ship devices, track adherence/NPS, close feedback.
  • Drive Ops & fundraising : data room, pilot KPI deck, burn-down, investor updates.
  • Build the early stack: Notion, Airtable, Slack, simple GTM tests; brief first hires.

You bring

  • Startup track record: shipped at least one product and managed growth phase.
  • Physical/IoT product experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable across hardware + software (can talk PCB/DFM at noon, Figma at 3 pm).
  • Ops mindset: schedules, BOMs, lab bookings, freight; see blockers early.
  • User instincts: run interviews, extract insight, keep NPS high.
  • UK-timezone; willing to visit Asia a few weeks/year.

Wearables, health-tech, medical/telecare, seed fundraising.

Terms

  • Equity: 10–15% (subject to vesting period, 1-year cliff), calibrated to fit and commitment.
  • Cash: £0 until seed (target post-pilot), then market salary.
  • Start: Asap.
