Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social and Content Marketing Executive located in Hove with the flexibility to work from home after the training period. The role involves creating and managing social media content, developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, implementing marketing campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives. The Social and Content Marketing Executive will also be responsible for managing engagement through various digital platforms and supporting the retreat teams to deliver the best content possible for showcasing our retreats.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Monitor trends, engage with our community, and ensure our brand voice and style are consistent across all channels
  • Design ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads campaigns
  • Produce, edit, and repurpose video content using CapCut (or similar)
  • Capture photo and video content on location at retreats

Email Marketing & SEO

  • Write and design weekly newsletters, optimising for engagement and list growth
  • Support segmentation and automation strategies
  • Create SEO-optimised blog content
  • Refresh website copy in line with brand voice and search optimisation goals

Analytics & Strategy

  • Track and report on social media and have an understanding of analysing campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools
  • Collaborate on content and email marketing strategies with the Marketing Manager
  • Integrate our sustainability goals into messaging and campaigns

Collaboration & Community Building

  • Liaise with photographers, content creators, and retreat teams for promotional collaborations
  • Support retreat hosts with on-brand materials and promotional resources
  • Engage with retreat guests and the wider community to strengthen relationships
  • Attend retreats to understand our audience and create authentic, inspiring content

Brand Collaborations

  • work with brands aligned with us to create cross-marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Work at exhibition shows to rep[resent the brand and met new potential guests

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut (or similar video editing tools), social media management platforms and email marketing platforms
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools such as GA4 and Meta Business Suite
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in and a passion for the wellness, travel, or lifestyle sectors is a priority

Start Date: Mid to late September 2025

Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 depending on experience

Location: Hybrid Hove, must be able to come into the office
