What will you be doing?
Enna is a fast growing social enterprise dedicated to helping employers create more inclusive and neurodiverse friendly workplaces. We provide training, consultancy, and job opportunities to support neurodivergent talent. As we continue to scale and refine our services, we are looking for a volunteer to provide strategic marketing guidance. The ideal volunteer will act in a consultant capacity, helping us to understand and define our customer personas, aligning our marketing strategy with those personas, and refining our sales messaging. The role will involve supporting us to reviewing our current marketing practices, conducting market research to better define our target audience, and providing actionable insights on how we can improve our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Help us to review and analyse current marketing strategy and materials. Provide feedback on our key customer personas. Help us to align our marketing strategy with customer personas to ensure we have clear and targeted messaging. Provide recommendations for improving our sales messaging. Suggest ways to increase brand awareness and sales conversion. Provide feedback on a new marketing strategy to help us align it to our mission and goals. Advise on the most effective channels for reaching our target audience.
