CRM Administrator (Salesforce)

At Cool Earth, we back people living in the rainforest to protect the best carbon-storing technology on our planet. Community-led action is at the heart of stopping deforestation and tackling the climate crisis.

We’re looking for a part-time CRM Administrator to take ownership of Salesforce, making sure it’s a tool that helps us work smarter, keeps our data strong, and supports fundraising, comms and operations teams across the charity. You’ll manage the day-to-day system, improve processes, and make sure colleagues have the insight they need to create real impact.

You’ll be someone who enjoys solving problems, has an eye for detail, and can explain technical things clearly to non-technical colleagues. You’ve got solid Salesforce experience (NPSP ideally), you’re confident managing users and processes, and you enjoy building useful reports and dashboards. Most importantly, you care about using your skills to support climate action.
