What will you be doing?
We are looking for an experienced professional to supplement the range of experience we currently have. Our Trustees play a crucial role in ensuring strong governance, accountability and leadership. They ensure that high standards of care are consistently maintained by the Senior Management Team led by our CEO. The Board ensures the safeguarding of the interests of our residents, families and staff and shapes the strategic direction of the organisation.
What are we looking for?
The opportunity is for an experienced professional who is used to working at a senior management or board level. Experience of working with a charity is not essential.
