Shape strategic direction and monitor progress against our three-year growth plan Ensure governance compliance with our Trust Deed and charity law Oversee financial stewardship as income grows to £950K by 2026 Champion safeguarding of vulnerable individuals across all programs Act as ambassador, using networks to expand partnerships and support Guide risk management and organizational development
