What will you be doing?

Your Other Day-to-day Responsibilities Might Include:

Assisting in the planning and coordination of current programs, including:  - Enfield Chemistry Hackathon  - STEM Virtual Career Talks  - SEB (Society for Experimental Biology) Hackney Hackathon  - Bentley CV Workshop Program  

Supporting outreach activities to schools to promote our programs.  Help with event volunteer recruitment and coordination.  Supporting communication efforts, including drafting emails and updating program participants.  Assisting with data entry and maintaining program records.  Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for participants and partners.

What are we looking for?

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need To Have: 1. Strong organizational and time management skills.  2. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.  3. Proficiency in using digital tools for communication and organization.  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.  5. Passion for STEM education and youth empowerment.  6. Prior experience in program coordination or volunteer management.
