Role Summary
- Generating and managing potential brand leads and ensuring their successful in-store launch
- Developing and nurturing relationships across brands, industry partners, and landlords
- Representing Someday Studios in industry events for networking and lead generation
- Delivering persuasive pitches and customised sale proposals
- Identifying market trends, competition activities, and potential locations for expansion
- Helping in strategy development, pricing, and positioning based on insights gathered from brand discussions
Role Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain trust
- An existing network in retail, property, or brand partnerships would be a plus
- A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities for independent brands in retail
- 1-4 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, brands, or commercial retail
- London-based and be available for regular in-person meetings and events
THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and has a genuine energy and passion for helping emerging brands grow through physical retail.
You’ll manage the full brand journey: from identifying high-potential brand leads, to onboarding them, supporting them through to launch, and helping them succeed in-store. You’ll work closely with the founders to grow our network, shape our approach, and position Someday Studios as the go-to partner for standout store launches.

We work with cult brands like By Rotation and Beauty Pie, and even the occasional A-lister - designing pop-ups and permanent spaces that people actually want to spend time in.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, landlords, and industry partners
- Lead on outreach and pipeline management, turning brand interest into live stores
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to generate leads
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and tailored sales proposals
- Track pipeline and performance against targets
- Manage the end-to-end brand journey to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, seamless store launches, and brand success
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and potential new site opportunities
- Support pricing, positioning, and strategy development with insights from brand conversations

- A confident communicator with a natural ability to build trust and get brands excited about opportunities
- Plugged into the startup scene; you know who’s hot and who’s launching next
- An understanding of the challenges and opportunities independent brands face in retail
- Ideally, an existing network in retail, property, or brand partnerships
- Confident pitching and negotiating
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and results-focused approach
- Genuinely interested in brands, retail trends, and creative spaces
- 1-4 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, brand-facing roles, or commercial retail
