Campus Operator and Green Innovator

This is a unique opportunity to live onsite, manage day-to-day operations, expand hospitality offerings, and shape impact programs alongside a dedicated local team.

This is a senior role, reporting directly to the board, so experience of growing a business or managing operations is required. African experience and entrepreneurial spirit is a plus as the board is open to new directions aligned with the mission.

Ecolodgy is sustainability-focused campus near Blantyre, Malawi, intended as a hub for educational and agricultural initiatives and to demonstrate that enterprise-led development can work without donor support.

We’ve partnered with NGOs and UK institutions, but with local leadership shifting direction, we’re now exploring options for new operators or aligned partnerships.

There is accommodation and living expenses included plus a good local wage. The board is open to profit sharing / equity earn-outs for the right person or team.
