We are WeRoad, a vibrant community of passionate travelers seeking to see the world, share experiences, and forge new friendships. Primarily leading tours in English to international adventurers, we're looking for native and fluent English speakers residing in Europe. Residents of Italy, Spain, DACH & France speaking the local languages are welcome to join our Community. Our Travel Coordinators guide curious groups to foreign countries and cultures, transforming strangers into friends. While our Travel Coordinators wear their title once or twice a year for exploration, they engage in other jobs for the rest of the year.
Role Summary:
- Lead fascinating tours around the world for English-speaking travelers
- Guide groups to enjoy and appreciate foreign cultures
- Develop new friendships and community ties
Role Requirements:
- Native or Fluent in English
- Residing in Europe, particularly Italy, Spain, DACH & France
- Ability to communicate fluently in the local languages if you live in Italy, Spain, DACH, or France

We are a community of passionate travellers, in love with the world and hungry to make new friends. We wear the Travel Coordinator t-shirt only once or twice a year to explore the world, meanwhile we do other types of jobs the rest of the year.
For us, every trip is a chance to feel something, like really feel something.
We lead groups of people who are just like us, eager to discover faraway countries and foreign cultures.
The greatest satisfaction always comes on the very last day of our trips. It’s on that day that we look into the eyes of the people we travelled with and realise that we went from being total strangers to having new friends that explore the world together.

What is World English?
- Community of Travel Coordinators leading tours in English with customers from all around the world
- At this time, we are progressing applications from Native and Fluent English speakers who reside in Europe only. If you apply from outside Europe, we will keep your application in our pipeline and progress it when we expand beyond Europe.
- If you live within any of Italy, Spain, DACH & France and are native, or speak the local language fluently, you should apply for the Community (via weroad.it for Italy, weroad.es for Spain, weroad.de for DACH, and weroad.fr for France)
