Role Summary
- Content & Social team: Oversees social media and engagement with our global running community.
- Partnerships team: Collaborates with top brands and event activations like the NYRR and Honolulu Marathon.
- Ambassadors team: Supports and promotes creators spreading the Runna message.
- Brand Marketing team: Handles brand storytelling and large-scale activations.
- Events Team: Organizes industry-leading activations, collaborations, and branded races.
- RunnaTV team: Produces long-form content via YouTube.
- General & Operations team: Manages overall business functions.
- Engineering team: Works on app development, infrastructure and data security.
- Growth team: Focuses on user acquisition and retention.
- Product team: Improves app features and user journeys.
- Product Design team: Creates seamless visual and user experience designs.
- Customer Experience (CX) Team: Supports users, resolves issues, and gathers feedback.

Our company is committed to building a strong, local team with offices in London, Boston, and Sydney, and we primarily work on a hybrid basis from these locations, believing that the best work happens when we’re together.
Our organization is divided into various dynamic teams, each playing a vital role in our growth and success. The Content & Social team manages our social media presence, engaging with our global running community through content creation, videography, graphic design, and community app management. The Partnerships team identifies and manages collaborations with top brands like Lululemon, Hoka, and On, as well as event activations such as the NYRR and Honolulu Marathon. Our Ambassadors team supports and promotes creators who help spread the Runna message, managing relationships, contracts, and trips for over 400 ambassadors.
The Brand Marketing team handles our brand storytelling through podcasts, articles, merchandise, and large-scale activations like billboards during the London Marathon. Our Events team organizes industry-leading activations, collaborations, and branded races, making Runna a household name in the running community. The RunnaTV team produces long-form content including training tips, inspiring stories, and community support via YouTube.
Supporting these efforts are the General & Operations team, which manages the overall business functions, and the Engineering team, comprising over 50 engineers working on app development, infrastructure, and data security. The Growth team focuses on user acquisition and retention through SEO, paid marketing, creative advertising, and CRM strategies. The Product team defines and improves app features and user journeys, while the Product Design team creates seamless visual and user experience designs. The Customer Experience (CX) team supports users at every step, resolving issues and gathering feedback.
