Role Summary

The Role: As a Merchandising Rights Executive, you will report directly to the Senior Buyer and work closely with the V&A Commercial Rights team. Your main responsibilities will include managing third-party rights clearance for V&A merchandise, developing V&A Rights Clearance practices, and building relationships with third-party rights holders. You will also assist in contract negotiations, risk management, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
Job Requirements: The role requires a deep understanding of copyright law, commercial negotiations, and product development. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
