Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of quota-carrying experience in intricate enterprise settings like software, knowledge or service sales.
  • Track record of closing high-value deals over lengthy sales cycles.
  • Multi-channel ABM and enterprise prospecting experience.
  • Passion for sustainability, climate, and carbon removal, and ability to master associated technical matter.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.

The role: As a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving Supercritical’s growth by generating new opportunities and closing large, complex deals within the enterprise segment. Your responsibilities include partnering with marketing to identify and nurture high-value opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close, and developing a deep understanding of carbon removal technologies, market trends, and policy landscapes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply, and Product to shape our go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment across the organization. Your role involves mapping accounts, understanding client psychology, building engagement plans, attending industry events, and leveraging your network to develop strategic relationships. You will also be responsible for developing tailored proposals, conducting deep discovery calls, and articulating the value of our solutions to prospects.

Job requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of quota-carrying experience in complex enterprise environments such as software, knowledge, or services sales. - Proven track record of closing high-value deals over lengthy sales cycles. - Experience in multi-channel ABM and enterprise prospecting. - Self-starter with a strategic, consultative selling approach. - Passion for sustainability, climate, and carbon removal, with curiosity to master technical subject matter. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits: - Competitive salary ranging from £150,000 to £200,000 OTE, depending on experience. - Unlimited annual leave and the first Friday of every month off. - Pension contribution matching 3% on a 5% employee contribution. - Flexible hybrid work model with remote-first approach and optional use of London co-working space. - Wellbeing and home setup support including a £1,000 annual wellbeing allowance and up to £500 for home office equipment. - Monthly team socials and annual multi-day offsites.
