The role of Head of Data and Analysis is a vital leadership position within our Public Impact division. You will be responsible for transforming how data and insights inform strategic decisions across our campaigns and supporter engagement initiatives. This includes leading the development and implementation of a forward-looking data strategy that promotes agile, insight-led planning. You will also oversee technological and cultural change within the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

As part of your responsibilities, you will inspire and manage a high-performing team of data professionals, ensuring they share a common vision and deliver measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with digital, technology, and marketing teams to unlock the full potential of data and supporter insights. Your ability to translate complex data analysis into clear, actionable insights will be crucial in driving strategic decisions that increase income and deepen supporter engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams through transformation and change programs within complex or matrixed organizations. You should possess a strong background in data strategy, analytics methodologies, and digital analytics, with a deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and supporter lifecycle engagement. This is a 14-month fixed-term contract, with flexible working arrangements available, primarily based in Farringdon, London, with the possibility of remote work. Travel to the office will be at your own expense, and the role involves working 35 hours per week.
