The Role: We are seeking a part-time Compliance Officer to enhance our governance and ensure compliance with legal obligations. This role involves maintaining statutory records, supporting our Board, and overseeing health and safety and environmental reporting. Additionally, you will lead our work on equality, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EEDI) across the organisation, chairing the EEDI Working Group and driving forward our EEDI roadmap.
Job Requirements: Ideal candidates will have experience in compliance, governance, or administration, preferably within a charity or regulated environment. You should possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with trustees and senior stakeholders. Experience in EEDI, charity governance, health & safety, or environmental reporting is advantageous but not mandatory.
