Role Summary

  • Shape digital growth strategies and define the role of paid media

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing within a DTC or ecommerce business
  • Experience managing large paid media budgets (over £1m per month)
  • Understanding of the full acquisition funnel, modern attribution, and measurement approaches
  • Experience with incrementality testing and advanced measurement frameworks

We at Vivobarefoot are excited to announce the opening for a Head of Growth at our Bristol Nature HQ. This role is designed to reconnect people with nature, starting from the ground up with our innovative footwear. The role: As the Head of Growth, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital growth strategies. This includes defining the role of paid media within the company and building a modern acquisition engine across various channels such as paid social, search, and affiliates. Your main goal will be to drive new customer growth in a manner that is both thoughtful and commercially viable. You will manage significant budgets and collaborate closely with our ecommerce and commercial finance teams to ensure alignment on contribution and profitability.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading performance marketing within a DTC or ecommerce business, with a responsibility for significant revenue contribution. You should have experience managing large paid media budgets (over £1m per month) and a track record of driving efficient, scalable growth. A strong understanding of the full acquisition funnel, modern attribution, and measurement approaches, as well as experience with incrementality testing and other advanced measurement frameworks, is essential.
