Volunteer Training Officer

What will you be doing?

The Training Officer works to ensure that training sessions are as good as possible. Theymake sure everything they need to work is organised, such as a room, a tutor, an attendingcommittee member, any resources and a plan. They work to encourage members to attendthese and emphasise the importance of them. Every week they will make sure members aregiven at least 7 days' notice of new training sessions and will seek feedback following eachsession. Each year, they will review the yearly plan of training sessions and makeamendments based upon volunteer feedback.

What are we looking for?

Experience in organising and providing teaching/training is paramount
