We’re looking for an adaptable, resourceful Ops & Expansion Associate to help run our 40 existing cabins and play a key role in launching 20 more over the next six months. This is a hands-on role where no two weeks look the same: one day you might be coordinating suppliers, the next scouting a new site, setting up a cabin, or helping smooth out operational hiccups.

You’ll thrive here if you’re organised, practical, and energised by solving problems on the fly. A driving licence is highly desirable, as part of your week will be spent on the road visiting new and existing sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cabin Launches: From furniture and finishing touches to maps and welcome guides, you’ll help ensure every new cabin is fully equipped ready for launch.
  • Supplier Sourcing: Find and onboard new cleaning teams, suppliers and other local partners for each new site.
  • Improvement Projects: Roll out upgrades and improvements across existing cabins, working methodically to keep things consistent and efficient.
  • Crisis Management: Stay calm under pressure and help resolve issues quickly when things go wrong.
  • Process & Systems: Spot opportunities to simplify and improve the way we do things - if it makes life easier and delivers results, we want to hear it.

About You

  • Naturally great at building relationships, both internally and externally
  • Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with last-minute changes and problem-solving on the go
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - you don’t just see problems, you see opportunities to fix them
  • Energised by the pace and variety of start-up life
