What will you be doing?

The opportunity We are seeking experienced business developers with strong networks and a passion for social impact to join us as volunteer Business Development Leads. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role; you will help us engage companies and corporates in fundraising partnerships that directly transform lives. As a Volunteer Business Development Lead, you will:

Represent our organisation as a volunteer business developer and corporate fundraiser Connect us to potential donor /sponsor companies and corporates whose CSR or other goals align to our vision Grow our networks of potential donor / sponsor companies and corporates via social media and direct outreach Develop and present fundraising pitches via social media and online meetings Assist us with our ongoing fundraising efforts and specific fundraising campaigns with companies and corporates.

Commitment We are looking for short-term commitment, long enough to build meaningful relationships and see partnerships through to success. Hours are flexible and can fit around your schedule. What you will gain

Experience using LinkedIn to grow B2B connections and direct outreach A track record in business development and corporate partnerships Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly understand the needs of our team / organisation / users Collaborative and open to feedback Commitment to working within the resource constraints of a small but ambitious non-profit Willingness to work within virtual teams and contribute to team goals.
